PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The CoL Professional Development Program is grounded in experiential learning and prioritizes time for making meaning, peer learning, application, trial and error, and reflection. Members attend a 2 week Orientation Boot Camp in August followed by monthly trainings throughout the service year.
Members will be able to:

“It is very important to our program that the youth we serve are impacted by our efforts.  We do this by adhering to high standards of professionalism and performance. We believe that members learn and grow when actively engaged and invested in building a brave learning community rooted in the practices of service, reflection and inquiry. We believe in being present, taking risks, and 'failing' often.
