Ketogains VIRTUAL bootcamps are more than your typical training program: We offer a true learning experience where we teach you the basics of nutrition, training, and positive health habits that will help you reach your goals. Our VIRTUAL bootcamps are suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, as workouts are self-regulated and modifiable by each participant. No prior familiarity with the exercises is required - the workouts come with descriptions and videos of each exercise as to ensure proper form. Participants are invited to join a private Facebook group where they will receive support, encouragement and answers to all their questions, both from coaches and group members alike.
