Student Account Center
To view your tuition bill, check your monthly statement, or make a payment, log into your Student Account Center account where you can stay up to date on what you owe. Click on the icon to the left to navigate there.
Fines and Fees!
Avoid miscellaneous fines for overdue books and technology equipment, housing damages, tampering with the smoke detector or smoking, and losing your ID or key! Pay your bill online via echeck using your bank account information instead of using a credit/debit card to avoid a convenience fee.
The main bills for fall and spring semester will be issued in July and December.
Depending on your financial aid status, grants, loans, and scholarships will be posted after your charges go on.
You can pay in person with cash or check, or online with an echeck with no fee. Credit/debit card payments online will have a 2.99% fee.
In September and February upperclassmen can change their meal plans on Peoplesoft.
Check your bill every month! Even if you think nothing is due.
Avoid holds by paying your bill on time. Talk to the Bursar's Office to work out a plan.
Contact the Bursar's Office for help with using the SAC and making payments.
Charges
Charges include tuition, room, board, student activity fees, health insurance (unless waived). Charges will be posted for both semesters, except health insurance which is only in the fall. Additional incurred fines and fees can be added throughout the year! Personal expenses and travel are not charges.
Credits
Credits include grants, scholarships, stipends, and loans that have already been disbursed. Payments will also appear as credits.
Payment Plans
Williams offers five- and four-month payment plans for both the fall and spring semesters through TMS. You can enroll online or over the phone. Contact the Bursar's Office for additional information.
If you are receiving a book grant, charges for books will be posted on your account as you make purchases, but the grant won't be posted until the end of the book purchasing period.
Your campus job will not appear on your SAC account, even if your earnings are going towards paying your bill. Make sure you make an arrangement with the Bursar's Office if you are paying some of your balance with campus job earnings.
If you plan to study away, make sure the Bursar's Office has a copy of your study away invoice, refund request form, and direct deposit bank information in case you are eligible for a refund. There is a study away fee charged for all students.
