Senate Bill 202 established the Coordinating Council for Health Education of Missouri's Children and Adolescents

Coordinating Council published report

Report lead to formation of Comprehensive Health Education Advisory Committee (CHEAC) under Children's Services Commission

CHEAC successfully lobbied for an independent and statewide coalition
Nela Beetem served as first chair of CHEAC

First Comprehensive School Health Coalition meeting (CSHC) held
