Forrester Rugby Club
Forrester RFC invite anyone of any age and ability to give rugby a try and join our club as a player, coach, parent, spectator or social member.

 All youth club training sessions: 
Mondays 6.30 - 7.30 pm on the Rugby Pitch.
All games are on Sundays.

Tall Oaks Badminton
Tall Oaks Badminton We are a competitive badminton club, formed over 30 years ago and have used the facilities at Forrester HS since our inception. We have no selection policy in our Primary School club and start children from P5, whenever spaces become available. The pathway to our Secondary Club is mainly through our Primary Club and because of a significant waiting list, we give priority to those who take part in competition.

 We are one of the leading swimming clubs in Edinburgh with a proud history of developing swimmers to compete at Local National and International level for over 125 years. We provide swimming opportunities at all levels and age groups from learn to swim to masters’ level.

Girls and Women Swimming Sessions
Forrester Community Sport Hub is now offering Girls and Women Swimming sessions on a Friday 4 - 5 pm.  These are fun and social sessions that Girls from primary 6 and upward can come along to as well as Women of all ages.  

You can receive informal lessons from our swim instructors or just have fun and socialise in the pool

Edinburgh City have a fantastic youth section ranging from kids as young as 5 years old through to our U19 team who play in the various youth leagues within the Edinburgh area, our U20 team play in the East of Scotland League.

Salvesen Community Football Club provides a structured youth pathway developing young player’s skills and abilities from 3 years old children up to Under 21s,
 Salvesen also offer Para Football. Salvesen CFC has achieved the SFA Quality Mark. Award. This is a youth football initiative which supports grassroots club development and acknowledge those clubs achieving inclusive, fun, friendly and developmental coaching environments.
