Forrester/ St Augustine's Community Sport Hub aims to work together to provide local opportunities for the community to become more active and get involved in sports clubs.

Forrester RFC invite anyone of any age and ability to give rugby a try and join our club as a player, coach, parent, spectator or social member.
Club Sessions: P1-P7 Monday 6-7pm S1-U16 Monday and Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm U18’s Monday and Thursday 6.30-8pm

Tall Oaks Badminton
Tall Oaks Badminton We are a competitive badminton club, formed over 25 years ago and have used the facilities at Forrester HS since our inception. We have no selection policy in our Primary School club and start children from P5, whenever spaces become available. When they become old enough, these members move into the Secondary club. Due to this pathway, there is a selection process and memberships are restricted to competitive players and those in Edinburgh and Lothian squads.

Edinburgh City have a fantastic youth section ranging from kids as young as 5 years old through to our U19 team who play in the various youth leagues within the Edinburgh area, our U20 team play in the East of Scotland League.

Salvesen community Football Club provides a structured youth pathway developing young player’s skills and abilities from 3 years old children up to Under 21s. Salvesen CFC has achieved the SFA Quality Mark Award. This is a youth football initiative which supports grassroots club development and acknowledge those clubs achieving inclusive, fun, friendly and developmental coaching environments.

Forth Canoe Club is a volunteer run club for canoeing in Edinburgh. We are Scotland’s oldest existing canoe club and are based on the Union Canal in the city centre. Our club includes everyone from world champion athletes to recreational day trippers, paddling kayak and Canadian canoes of all styles.
