The BABY & ME - Tobacco-Free Program (BMTFP) is an evidence-informed program that helps mothers quit smoking before conceiving their babies. After the mother quits smoking, the program provides incentives to continue to live their lives free from the grip of tobacco addiction, which is often a multigenerational problem.

The Interventions to Minimize Preterm and Low birthweight Infants through Continuous Improvement Techniques (IMPLICIT) Network is a family medicine learning collaborative that focuses on improving birth outcomes and promoting the health of women, infants, and families. The IMPLICIT Interconception Care Toolkit provides resources for supporting women with tobacco cessation by reinforcing positive behaviors.

The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill's Center for Maternal and Infant Health developed You Quit, Two Quit in 2008. The program supports comprehensive tobacco use screening and cessation counseling for women of reproductive age before, between, and beyond pregnancy. You Quit, Two Quit also provides free training on evidence-based tobacco use screening and cessation counseling.

Mom’s Quit Connection for Families provides free and individualized support for pregnant and parenting women, their partners, and family members who want to quit smoking.
The program serves all members of a family who live with or care for children 7 years old and younger. An experienced Quit Coach provides one-on-one assistance to develop a customized quit plan, taking into account an individual’s unique triggers and goals.
