We provide financial assistance
for child care services. Families
who are low income and either
working or attending school may
be eligible for services. Families
experiencing at-risk situations
such as homelessness or domestic
violence may also qualify with a
referral from a partner agency.
The Voluntary Prekindergarten
Program is FREE to Florida children
who will be four years old by
September 1st. Families are
certified for services through the
ELCFH. All services are provided
through local child care providers
who are contracted with the ELCFH.

Investing in our Future
If it wasn't for ELCFH I wouldn't be able to go to school or work. Thank you all for your help! I am about to graduate at the end of this year with an Associates of Science in Medical Assisting.
As a single mother of 3, the Early Learning Coalition has helped me afford childcare for my kids. Making it possible for me to work full-time & provide for them. Also, they have given my kids the opportunity to learn & socialize at an early age in a great environment. Thank you for blessing us in our every day life! ~Jennifer
I just want to start off by saying thank you so much for the funding. It has helped me in so many ways! I am a single parent trying to provide a better life for my kids than I had. I am currently going to school and trying to work to support and provide for my kids. The funding helps a lot because I am able to do what I have to without struggling to find care for my kids. ~Jessica
I would not have the ability to care for my grandchildren if it wasn't for ELCFH! ~Keri
