What Did He Do?
Samuel Adams played a major part in the Revolutionary War and the events leading up to it. He  had a leading role in the Boston Tea Party. Adams attended both Continental Congresses He wanted the colonies to work together and get along as one group. The patriots thought that British troops attempting to take american weapons were coming to arrest Samuel Adams and John Hancock. It was when the minutemen tried to stop them that the Revolutionary War was started.
