Our journey began with a groundbreaking approach to reinventing supplier-buyer & employee-employer relationships along global supply chains, focusing on identifying & filling perception & action gaps, instead of divergent mass surveys and focused intervivews. Through US government-funded programs, we set new standards for ethical and sustainable practices in Vietnam, China, and Cambodia, getting buy-in from local governments and international standard setters.

One sentence explanation.
We took a bold step in revolutionizing Industrial Relations in 100 labor-intensive manufacturers by introducing the EASYFORM 3.0 platform. This innovative system allowed thousands of employees to safely file grievances using color-coded paper forms in suggestion boxes in non-surveillance areas, such as toilets, to protect whistleblowers from retaliation. They also can hide their identity by communicating with managers via a consistent code number until they meet face to face.
Building on the success of EASYFORM, we launched the IRFORM mobile application, integrated with training content for 50 manufacturers. This enabled workers and managers to improve conflict resolution, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving, enhancing a culture of continuous improvement and workplace productivity.
10 years in a nutshell
We collaborated with international organizations to benchmark and standardize best practices in due diligence, establishing new industry standards and enhancing global recognition for Respectvn's initiatives. This strategy reduced the employee-employer misperception gap and improved RCCC (Risk, Conflict, Change & Crisis) management through real-time grievance handling, investigations, and remedy suggestions, going beyond mere training and significantly enhancing due diligence methods.

SIMPLIFIED & DIGITALISED POLICIES
We established a feedback loop mechanism where actionable insights from grievances and suggestions were shared with top management to drive strategic decision-making and organizational improvements. This initiative covered 50 affiliated manufacturers and 20 new non-manufacturers, including hotels, schools, and iNGOs. We also won a million-dollar grant from the Global Women Fund together with Care International to expand our feedback-driven organizational excellence program across Vietnam and the region.
We reinvented ways for businesses to simplify organizational policies, making them actionable to transform working mindsets and corporate cultures from task-based to result-based. All policies were presented in infographics and comics for better internal communication. This approach also got the buy-in from the local and national government officers who believe in simplified languages and mind-mapping guides in such laws as the Labor Code, Business Law, Employment Law & Social Insuảnce Law.
We introduced Goal Management on One Page 4 Change (OPC) by customizing the world-leading tools namely OKR (Objectives & Key Results) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). This approach helps simplify work rules, enhance team collaboration, and boost co-performance at 25 hotels, resorts, and F&B entities in Vietnam and the region. The OPC platform was also pre-launched to get the support from various strategic partners.

POST-CRISIS LEARNING TO ACTIONS FOR RESILENCE
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we supported companies that remained operational by balancing efficiency with safety in their production lines (at manufacturers) and service operations (in hotels and resorts) using OPC solutions and lean Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Most of these companies not only stayed open but also maintained profitability, preserved jobs for employees, and demonstrated resilience even post-pandemic. In some cases, they set new records for team collaboration and organizational resilience.
We supported three provinces in job replacement and learning paths for thousands of COVID-19 job losers and recognized employers who created job opportunities for returning workers, including 200 Women who found jobs in the neighborhood, attended Fellowship 100 to upskill and transform working mindset in the fast-changing world and thrived in the post-crisis resilience efforts (from SURVIVE to THRIVE) by coaching other women in their own circles to take proactive roles in balancing their work-life in crisis.
We extended OPC with OKR/KPI on One Page 4 Change (OPC) to the Business Model Canvas (BMC), in addition to the Balanced Scorecard, to achieve the highest level of organizational alignment. This approach links customer satisfaction journeys with employee high-performance pathways, ensuring that LEAN mindsets and actions are embraced by all front-end and back-end teams and employees within the organization.

We adapted the Learning Organization and the LEAN models to develop LEAN learning organizations, effectively bridging strategy-execution gaps. This process involved categorizing and benchmarking the four development phases of any organization: Action-focus, Component-focus, Multi-component-focus, and System-focus. By integrating 50 customized toolsets and skillsets, this framework supports business decisions for organizational self-transformation and promotes self-learning and self-transformation for every individual and team within the organization.
We completed the "Made in Vietnam" Learning Organization program, applying Lean ESG concepts and 4Green (Green Mindset—Green Job—Green Governance—Green Business) models within high-tech industrial and agricultural hubs in Vietnam and the Mekong Delta to transform their ESG-integrated business models and performances in a sustainable way, avoiding greenwashing, with the buy-in of leading international organizations and business associations.
